a chrome extension to keep up with the top headlines from the new york times

this was my first project ever, inspired by my years-long love for the new york times (side note: I interned there one summer!). I remember scraping it together with vanilla html, css, and jquery during the holidays in 2021. it's slowly racked up some daily users over the years—last I checked, there were around 600.
